Peppolsmith

How to judge this in 90 seconds

  1. Download an example invoice under the upload box, upload it and press Convert it. The AI writes, runs and fixes a converter in front of you, usually in 20 to 90 seconds per try.
  2. Or watch a recorded example run, and click any try to see the errors and the AI's code change.
  3. In the recorded Stripe example, open Try to fool the checks and press Drop the discount: every EU rule passes, and Peppolsmith holds it back.
  4. In the Stripe or CSV example, press Convert another invoice, AI off: the approved converter runs on a new invoice with 0 AI calls.
  5. Scroll to the CreateOS panel and press Test the network lock: a request from inside the sandbox fails, live.

Turn your invoices into EU e-invoices.

Upload an invoice: a PDF, or the data your billing tool exports. An AI writes a converter for it, runs it in a locked sandbox, and fixes it until the official EU checker finds 0 errors. You get a Peppol e-invoice, released only if its totals match your invoice.

Drop an invoice here

A PDF (up to 2 MB), a Stripe invoice (.json), a billing CSV export (.csv) or a CII e-invoice (.xml)

For a PDF, the AI reads it first; then every amount, the invoice number and the VAT numbers it read are checked against the PDF with no AI.

No invoice handy? Download one of these and upload it:

Peppol IDs and seller details that an invoice doesn't carry come from declared settings for each format. See them.

Or watch a recorded example run:

The official EU checker only checks that an invoice agrees with itself. Peppolsmith also checks that it agrees with what you billed.
